1. How long will it take to design my site?

Simple websites can be completed in less than a week, more complex developments will take longer. We do everything we can to ensure your site is completed as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

2. Can I provide images and graphics for my site?

Sure, we can incorporate any material you might want to provide.

3. Can I maintain my site myself?

Absolutley, our CMS gives you full control to add, edit or delete text content and photos anytime you want.

4. Can you get my site ranked high in Google?

Short answer - yes. We can provide additional Search Engine Optimisation services to increse your rank, no web designer can guarantee a specific rank, but we do promise that you will enjoy a hugely improved rank thanks to our service.

5. Do I need to buy a domain name and web hosting?

We take care of this as part of your web design package, you are not required to purchase any services elsewhere. We provide a FREE .com .net .org domain name and UNLIMITED web hosting for £7.95 per month.

6. Can I get you to design my site, but use my own web hosting purchased elsewhere?

Yep, we always advise clients to use our own hosting service if possible as we can guarantee reliability, but you are free to host your site anywhere you choose.

7. Will we need to have a meeting?

In the majority of cases a meeting isn't necessary and 90% of our sites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone only.

8. What aftersales support do you offer?

After the completion of a website project we are available for after sales service. Any slight tweaks or amendments are carried out to the site free of charge in the first month. Any support thereafter will be charged at an hourly rate of £25. We also provide an optional monthly website maintenance subscription.

9. Can I get email with my website?

Yes, we will set up any required email address as part of your website package.

10. How much will my website cost?

The cost of a website varies depending on your requirements. A small web site with just a few static pages would cost around £250 whereas a full ecommerce website or an advanced Content Management System could cost anywhere between £500 and £5000. Rest assured that our prices are the most competitive in the industry, anyone offering their services at a price a lot lower than us is simply not providing a professional skilled web design service. If you fill out our online quote form with your website design requirements we will provide you with a fixed quotation. If your website costs £500 or more you can also pay in 12 monthly installments, interest free.

11. How many pages can I have on my web site?

As many as you like, we don't impose any page limits and we don't charge per page.

12. What if I don't like the design?

If you are not happy with our initial design then we will discuss any issues you may have and make any adjustments or modifications until you are happy. If it really isn't doing it for you we will start again from scratch.

13. How many changes can I request to the design concept?

You are free to make as many changes as you want, the changes must all be made during one revision cycle and then signed off. Any changes requested later may be subject to an additional charge of £25 per hour.

13. Who owns the website once the website design is completed?

You own the website. You are completely free to take the site files to another web design or web hosting company at any time.

14. Who will I be working with?

You will usually have a single point of contact with our Lead Developer, any communication we receive from you regarding your website will be reviewed and analysed by our team and our Lead Developer will then reply directly to you.

15. Why should I hire a professional to design my website? My cousin/niece/sister-in-law etc can design websites.

There is a huge difference in profesional web design and homemade web pages, and not just visually. A hired professional will have several things in mind when designing a website, like accesibility, standards compliance, user experience, search engine rankings, reliability, performace and many other factors which all combine to make a professionaly crafted website. Amateur web designers do not have the extensive knowledge required to address all these factors.

16. Do you do personal or individual web sites?

Certianly. We can create very simple affordable websites right through to large scale scale web applications and e-commerce systems.

17. Are there any other charges such as VAT?

No, the price we quote is the price you pay.

18. Can I upgrade my site a few months down the line?

Yes of course, all of our sites are built in a modular and scalable way making them very easy and inexspenive to upgrade with new features at a later date.

19. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card, bank transfer, cheque, and Paypal.

Simple! Just fill in some info about your requirements using our online quote form, we will get back to you within 24 hours with a quote, if you are happy to proceed we will send you an invoice for a 25% deposit, once this is paid we will be in touch to get some more detailed info and we will begin work on your site right away.
