Deferring payment acceptance
Our payment gateway allows you to process payments in real-time, or you can defer the authorisation of a payment to a later date.
Deferring payment acceptance allows your business to review the order and payment details before releasing the transaction for processing.
Transactions can be placed on HOLD manually on a transaction by transaction basis, or via batch file, which are entered into the transaction management system.
A transaction can be placed on HOLD up to a maximum of 7 days, after which time they are automatically voided by the system.
