Our web hosting service is no ordinary service and is not comparable to the kind of service you would receive from most hosting companies, it's specially tuned and tweaked to run our client's websites in a way that maximises performance, speed, and security. Our service is fully managed, we look after every aspect of your website hosting meaning you don't have to worry about a thing. Web hosting purchased from most hosting companies is not managed, meaning you need to understand various different hosting technologies and you are responsible for managing it yourself, even if they do offer support.

We are an official Enom partner so we can also register domain names (your web address) and we provide full email services for your business as part of our hosting plans.

Every website on the internet requires a hosting service. You can choose to have us provide this service, or you can purchase this service elsewhere. We strongly suggest using our web hosting service, so that we can take care of your website and guarantee its performance. Experience has taught us that clients who opt for 3rd party hosting elsewhere almost always run into difficulties sooner or later, and we don't like being in a situation we cannot resolve your issues.

With our service your website hosting will be managed by highly trained data centre technicians who have an in-depth knowledge of the hosting infrastructure. We take full responsibility for the performance of your website and we will never direct you to a 3rd party web hosting company to fix any problems.

Most website design companies who offer hosting to their clients do so through what is known as a reseller programme. This means that they simply buy hosting from a larger company and sell it on to their clients, usually for a small profit. The downside of this is that your website would be on a shared server with hundreds or thousands of other customers, not just the customers of the web design company. This leads to degraded performance and speed, or even downtime where your website is not accessible at all. Service and support for our servers are provided by technicians in the actual data centre where our servers are located. We cut out the middle man and have a contract with the data centre themselves as opposed to with a hosting company.

Software Updates

The core software of the systems we manage is continually updated. You benefit from the continuous further development of core hosting software as well as prompt security updates.

Regular Backups

Fully automatic service provided by a separate backup server with the possibility of restoring individual accounts as well as an entire server in the event of a critical failure. Backups are performed periodically depending on which hosting plan you choose and each backup is kept for 14 days.

24/7 Monitoring

System integrity checks are based on both internal and external monitoring of the server. Externally the web and email services are checked every minute. Internally critical system processes are checked every 5 minutes. A comprehensive automatic evaluation of server log files is carried out on indication of malfunction; a typical incident would be a sporadic read error on a hard disk which could be an early warning sign of an impending hardware failure.

RAID 1 Hard Disk Array

All of our servers contain two hard disks for redundancy. The second hard disk mirrors the first disk in real time, so essentially there are always two copies of every file on our servers which ensures data integrity if there was a disk failure.


We manage your hosting service and our data centre technicians pro-actively monitor the servers, therefore it is unlikely that you will come across a hosting related problem which we do not already know about and are working to resolve. However you can open a support ticket in our client area if you wish to report an issue.
