Dedicated hosting means your website will be hosted on your own server which is not shared with any other client. Generally this option is advised for websites with high levels of traffic.
Both our shared and dedicated hosting services are fully managed which means Hetzner technicians look after the performance and security of the servers providing 24/7 monitoring, DDoS protection, security updates and server software updates. In addition to this we provide web hosting account maintenance and an additional level of monitoring & support which includes liaising with the datacentre technicians.
Whether you are on shared or dedicated hosting you will be provided with full login access to your hosting account, where you can access and download all of the data associated with your website at any time without requiring any assistance from us. You own your data and you are in full control of what happens with it.
